Upscale hotel property, Sheraton (and partner property Le Méridien) services up to 1800 guests across business, pleasure and social travel including 65,000 square feet of event space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

Helt Design was selected to provide a hotel brand conversion and renovation with upgraded spaces across the entire first floor of the property including, lobby, bar, dining area, and lounge. Intricate client requests are detailed and delivered throughout in order to highlight a modern, inviting and upmarket feel across all functional spaces.
