Carlton Condominiums

Constructed in the mid 1970’s The Carlton has been a staple in the Myers Park neighborhood of Charlotte, NC for decades, and remains the only high-rise condo in the area to this day. Fourteen floors play host to forty-eight residential units plus a lobby, exercise room and hospitality suite on the ground floor as well as a rooftop multifunctional social and recreational space with stunning skyline views.

The resident-lead HOA desired a more modernized look, feel, and aesthetic to the communal spaces and we were the design firm selected. Helt Design has developed a comprehensive design approach that includes renovating and increasing all functional spaces throughout the entirety of the first floor. Additionally, a more modern and welcoming entranceway as well as modernization of the building exterior is being explored. Helt is excited to work with all the residents to provide a refreshed and modernized feel to this icon of the Charlotte skyline.
